Founder
Dr. Orissa Massey
Dr. Orissa Massey known as Dr. Ori is a native of Washington, DC. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Fisk University; her Master’s and PhD in Social Work (concentrated health/macro practice) from Howard University. Dr. Ori has over 15(+) years working as a macro level practitioner in the healthcare/university setting. Dr. Ori considers herself a holistic entrepreneur that serves individuals and organizations in whatever state they may identify from traumatic, confused or unique. It is her mission to help people make self discoveries and achieve personal, professional and organizational growth.

Founder
Dr. Jessye Talley
Dr. Jessye Talley attended North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, where she received all of her degrees in Industrial & Systems Engineering with a concentration in Operations Research. As result of completing her doctoral degree she co-founded Sisters Scholars with Dr. Massey to promote health and wellness during the doctorate and in academia. Specifically, she focuses on dissertation coaching, general life coaching, and early career faculty coaching. She is currently an Associate Professor at Morgan State University in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
